For people that enjoy T-Bag's acting from Prison Break, here is him again in Heroes as a villain.

After months of waiting, Heroes season 4 is back on screen yesterday (21st September). The season began with a 2 hour premiere on September 21, 2009. The fourth season contains volume five, Redemption. Madeline Zima will join the cast as Gretchen, Claire's quirky roommate. Rick Worthy will have a recurring role, playing Matt's new partner, an experienced and capable Los Angeles cop. Robert Knepper joins the cast as Samuel, a new villain. Ray Park has reportedly also been cast "for a sizeable arc".

Heroes for a fourth season estimated consisting of 18 to 20 episodes.

Taking in an evening of sport, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were spotted at the Miami Dolphins’ season opener on 21st September.

The “Waiting for Tonight” songstress and her handsome hubby looked excited as they arrived at Land Shark Stadium to watch the home team (of which they are part owners) take on the Indianapolis Colts - although their team ended up losing a close one.

And of course J. Lo was looking top notch, sporting a conservative yet sexy black dress with matching heels while Marc donned a pinstripe suit.

Anthony recently celebrated his 41st birthday in Washington DC on the same night he received the Lifetime Achievement Award from Barack Obama at the 32nd Annual CHCI Gala.

New: Google Chrome 3.0

Google has unveiled a brand new version of its browser, Google Chrome 3.0. The updated Chrome comes just over a year after the browser's debut and marks Google's sixteenth "stable update" to the program.

Google Chrome 3.0 sports substantial speed boosts as well as redesigned elements and a host of added features. It's available now for Windows and should become available for Mac systems within the coming months.

The release coincides with news that Chrome will be preinstalled on Sony's Vaio line of computers -- a move that could mark the start of a major push by Google to bring its browser into the spotlight.

Enjoying a quick stint of free time in the States, David Beckham was spotted driving in Los Angeles, CA earlier.

The soccer stud looked super hot in his Jeep Wrangler as he headed to a skate party that is being hosted by his family.

In related news, David - who has three sons, Brooklyn, 10, Romeo, 7, and four-year-old Cruz with wife Victoria - admits he was self-obsessed before the birth of Brooklyn in March 1999 but now his children come before anything.

He said, “I was selfish before - everyone is. Until you have children you don’t realise how much it changes your life and how they become your main priority in terms of making sure they are OK, making sure they are happy.”

Avril Lavigne’s Divorce Details

Their decision to part ways was announced earlier this week, and now new details have emerged as to why Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley are calling it quits.

A source close to the couple - who wed in July 2006 – revealed that the “Sk8ter Boi” songstress feels she married too young.

According to People, the source added they are no longer living together in their Bel Air home. “Deryck has left the house,” says the source, but “wasn’t kicked out.”

Moreover, Ms Lavigne recently posted a statement on her website reading, “I am grateful for our time together, and I am grateful and blessed for our remaining friendship.”

Manchester Utd play like a Champion

Manchester United overcame the dismissal of Paul Scholes, who was sent-off early in the second-half, to end Tottenham Hotspur's 100% record with a 3-1 win at White Hart Lane. Jermain Defoe gave Spurs the lead after 47 second but United hit back through Ryan Giggs, Anderson and Wayne Rooney.

Paul Scholes always must get a second yellow cards before he is happy. He should learn his lesson, how many times had he gotten into this situation before....

Man City prove Critics wrong !

Manchester City romped to a 4-2 victory over Arsenal at Eastland's as the big-spending club underlined their Premier League title ambitions. £25m City striker Emmanuel Adebayor scored against his former employers on the same day he attacked the Gunners fans for booing him during his time at the Emirates Stadium.

Before the game start, I wish Manchester City could win Arsenal but as the game goes on, some of the players from Manchester City's players start to play rough, I want Arsenal to win Manchester City. Consider Arsenal unlucky but good play by Manchester City, all of their goals are of quality.

Michael Jackson: Footing the Funeral Bill

His body is reportedly being laid to rest tomorrow evening (September 3), and according to recent reports, Michael Jackson’s estate may end up paying the bill.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff authorized the current administrators of Jackson’s estate to pay for Jackson’s funeral and interment.

An attorney for the singer’s estate, Jeryll Cohen, said the costs will be paidand that the debt-ridden estate has enough cash to pay for the funeral.

Adding, “The expenses are extraordinary, however, Michael Jackson was extraordinary,” Cohen said.

The King of Pop’s burial will be a private sunset service for family and friends at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, CA.

Rachel Bilson: Hollywood Hottie

Always seeming to have something on the agenda, Rachel Bilson ventured out to attend a business meeting in Hollywood on Wednesday morning (September 2).

Looking her usual cute self, the “Jumper” actress hopped out of her car before feeding the meter - then passing by paparazzi as she prepared for the day’s work duties.

Meanwhile, you can catch Rachel tomorrow night on “Project Runway” - as she just so happens to be this week’s celebrity guest judge.

Katie Cassidy and Jessica Lucas: Workin’ on Melrose

With their debut just days away, Katie Cassidy and Jessica Lucas were hard at work on the set of “Melrose Place” in Malibu, CA earlier today (September 2).

Decked out in the latest trends, the lovely ladies both looked super cute as they filmed some scenes together.

“Melrose Place” is patterned after the original 1990’s series, and is about an elegant apartment building on Melrose in Los Angeles involving a group of 20-somethings who have formed a close-knit relationship.

Katie Cassidy stars as Ella Simms, a smart, savvy, up-and-coming publicist who strives to reach the top at any cost while Jessica Lucas plays Riley Richmond, a beautiful inner city elementary school teacher who is engaged to Jonah (Michael Rady), but has second thoughts about the marriage.

The series premiere is Tuesday, September 8 on the CW at 9/8c.

Hilary Duff: Stylish on the “Gossip Girl” Set

Continuing to plug away at her guest role duties, Hilary Duff was spotted on set of “Gossip Girl” at The Gates in Midtown, Manhattan on Wednesday (September 2).

Wearing a sexy, black 1920s style cocktail dress and toting her pink iPhone in-hand, the “Cheaper By the Dozen” cutie is playing an actress who enrolls at a university, where she ends up becoming Vanessa’s roommate.

Previously talking about the experience working on the hit CW show, Miss Duff said, “Everyone’s been really, really gracious to me and sweet to me.”

Talking about deciding to take the role, Hil adds, “They called me and said come on and do a few episodes. I jumped at the chance.”

Hayden Panettiere Cheers the Day Away

Spending the day on the set of her hit NBC series, Hayden Panettiere was spotted filming a scene for the upcoming season of “Heroes” in Los Angeles on Wednesday (September 2).

Wearing a pink and white cheerleading outfit, the 20-year-old cutie also spent time chatting it up with the local police on set - who seemed to be quite taken with the young actress.

As for the new season of “Heroes,” Hayden recently told press: “My character’s in college and I’m working with a great girl named Madeline Zima, who plays Claire’s new friend/roommate, Gretchen.”

Talking about her relationship with her fellow co-stars, Hayden reveals, “I do [get along with older people]. With younger people, I sometimes struggle to fit in. I have plenty of confidantes and friends in the cast.”

Jessica Alba and Ashton Kutcher: Valentine’s Day Fun

Teaming up on the set for a day of filming, Jessica Alba and Ashton Kutcher were spotted on the set of “Valentine’s Day” on Tuesday afternoon (September 1).

Seeming to be having a marvelous time, the “Sin City” sweetheart hopped on top of her “That 70’s Show” co-star’s knee while being presented with a red rose.

Due out in theaters in February 2010, “Valentine’s Day” boasts an all-star cast including the likes of Bradley Cooper, Anne Hathaway, Jennifer Garner, Julia Roberts and Taylor Swift, among many others.

The film is about “intertwining couples and singles in Los Angeles breaking-up and making-up based on the pressures and expectations of Valentine’s Day.”
